Brand Interactions makes it possible for moderators to interact with your users with approved, vetted copy — on Facebook Twitter, WordPress, Jive, LiveWorld applications and a brand’s custom sites and applications. Moderators providing such brand interaction don’t need admin access to your accounts, which supports security. If moderators have appropriate permissions, they can use completely canned responses or — with editorial permission and training — they can edit for customized responses or initiate complete new ones.
A template screen overview groups reply templates into categories, which makes it easier for moderators to find the appropriate one for a question or comment. Once templates are in the system, LiveWorld can easily update, enable, or disable them at your direction. Brand Interactions activity tracking permits reporting over date ranges and response categories, making it easy to judge the effectiveness of your response program.
