LiveWorld Signs New 3 Year, $5 Million
Contract
Los Gatos, Calif., March 2, 2004 - LiveWorld, Inc.
(Pinksheets: LVWD.PK) today announced that it has signed a new
3 year multi-million dollar contract with a major operating
division of a Fortune 500 company. The contract is valued at
over $5 Million in revenue to LiveWorld over the 3 years, with
approximately $1.6 Million currently expected in 2004. The
contract allows for additional incremental revenues. Under the
terms of the contract LiveWorld will be providing the client
with outsourced online community services. While LiveWorld
previously performed other small consulting projects for this
client in 2003, this contract represents substantial growth
from this client with expansion across more LiveWorld services.
2003 was the first year that this company became a LiveWorld
client. The client’s name is being withheld as a matter
of conforming to its communication and confidentiality
policies.
