LiveWorld Announces Acquisition of Senti-Metrics™, Debuts Advanced Conversation Analysis™ Service

Senti-Metrics principles Nick Arnett and David Land have joined the LiveWorld team as directors of the Advanced Conversation Analysis product line.

Using sophisticated software to analyze traffic patterns, social networks, and language trends in online conversations, the Advanced Conversation Analysis service delivers valuable insight into what people are saying online about companies and their competitors, highlighting topics and trends among people whose opinions matter most.
