(Pinksheets: LVWD.PK) today announced that its previously announced (see 3/2/04 press release) 3-year contract with a major operating division of a Fortune 500 media company has been expanded by over $750,000/year. The contract previously valued at over $5 Million in revenue to LiveWorld over 3 years, is now valued at over $7 Million over 3 years (2004-2006), with approximately $2 Million expected across Q1 2004 - Q4 2004. Under the terms of the contract, LiveWorld provides the client with outsourced online community moderation services. The client’s name is withheld as a matter of conforming to its communication and confidentiality policies.
