LiveWorld Announces Q3 2004 Results; 110% Revenue Growth Year Over Year, $1.48 Million Revenue, 6th Straight Profitable Quarter

Los Gatos, Calif., November 16, 2004 – LiveWorld, Inc. (Pinksheets: LVWD.PK) today announced another strong financial quarter with the release of its Q3 2004 financials.

Revenues for Q3 2004 were $1,477,422 representing 110% year over year growth compared to Q3 2003 revenues of $702,825 and 21.4% growth compared to Q2 2004 revenue of $1,217,323.

The Company announced its 6th consecutive profitable quarter.  Q3 2004 earnings showed a profit before income taxes of $20,757, or an EPS before income taxes of $0.0008 per share.  This compares to a Q3 2003 profit of $38,037 or $0.0015 per share, and a Q2 2004 profit before income taxes of $23,984, or an EPS before income taxes of $0.0009 per share. (Q3 2004 EPS is calculated based on 26,584,707 shares, which includes an increase in # of shares compared to the calculation for Q3 2003, due to exercised stock options.)

The Company’s strategy is to invest in revenue growth while managing the financials tightly with the expectation of approximately breakeven results.  Actual results may vary quarter to quarter.  Consistent with past year patterns of the seasonal “up summer” nature of the business of some clients, revenue for Q4 2004 is expected to be in approximately the same range as revenue for Q3 2004. The Company currently expects revenue growth in 2005.  The Company’s cash position at Q3 2004 quarter end was $973,000, providing room to wait out the fluctuations in the economy, while investing more in the growth of the business.
