Leading full service online community agency to lands $1.2 Million deal

Los Gatos, Calif., (May 3, 2005) – LiveWorld, Inc. (Pinksheets: LVWD.PK. www.liveworld.com) today announced that it has signed a new contract for $1.2 Million in online community services to be delivered over a 3 year period for a new Europe based client.

The new services were successfully launched during Q1, 2005.  The client’s name is being withheld to conform to its confidentiality and communication policies.
