LiveWorld Announces that BEA Systems Plans to Use LiveForum Platform to Help Deliver Online Community for WebLogic Developers

Los Gatos, Calif. July 15, 2004 – LiveWorld, Inc. (Pinksheets: LVWD.PK) today announced that BEA Systems plans to use LiveWorld’s LiveForum platform to help deliver an online community for BEA WebLogic Developers.

“LiveWorld’s LiveForum service provides our WebLogic Developers with an online environment to collaborate and support each other,” said David Cotter, Director, Developer Relations, BEA Systems. This online forum for WebLogic Developers is one part of the BEA dev2dev community offering, designed to provide open gateway integration between dedicated online newsgroups and related UseNet newsgroups. The service was demonstrated recently at BEA eWorld 2004.
