Version 3.0 adds the ability for moderators to tag user comments with positive/negative, level of engagement, product mentions and other brand specified criteria, which can be easily changed on an ongoing basis.
While many sentiment tools scrape the general web based on algorithms, they generally do not track the brand’s own Facebook Wall and websites.
