Jeremiah Owyang headshotJeremiah Owyang is a partner at the Altimeter Group (LiveWorld is a client). He’s focused on brand-related customer strategy in the area of emerging technologies. Jeremiah is the author of the popular Web Strategy blog, which focuses on how corporations connect with their customers using web technologies. Most recently, Jeremiah was a senior analyst at Forrester Research, where he focused on social computing for the interactive marketer. His twitter handle is @jowyang.

Peter Friedman headshotPeter Friedman is the chairman & CEO of LiveWorld and founded the company in April 1996. With 20 years experience in the executive offices of Fortune 500 companies, he connects strategic and operating strategies, as well as financial metrics, to community strategy. Jennifer’s work at Campbell’s (LiveWorld client) has included leading new advertising campaigns, and she also champions digital best practice sharing and ROI measurement for the company. Prior to joining Campbell Soup, Jennifer held Account Management positions at FCB, Y&R and DDB in New York.
