Reporting Services
Reporting services provide clients with the metrics and
analysis to derive the maximum value from an online community.
After years of experience and client feedback, LiveWorld has
developed a new data warehouse reporting system to track and
report these and many other statistics. Weekly and monthly
reports are built and delivered on each community in an
Excel-based format that allows clients to drill down further,
modify, and circulate the reports.
Reporting includes standard usage metrics such as number of
page views, post, new users, active users, logins, unique
visitors, watch emails, and active threads. Segmented metrics
include top 10 categories, top 10 Forums, Top 10 Threads, and
top 10 Posters. LiveWorld uniquely offers reporting tools that
enable greater understanding and management of the community,
such as content types (content vs. utility page views),
moderation metrics, and analytics (such as trend curves and
signal curves).
Optional services include customization of reports and
implementation of reporting data feeds to the clients reporting
system.

Comprehensive weekly and monthly reports in Excel spreadsheet
format to allow for further manipulation - include data as well
as graphical representation with a comparison to the last 13
weeks, upper signal, lower signal and a 5-week average -
