Our Insight services include the following:

Metrics reporting: Our standard moderation metrics include number of posts reviewed, accepted, rejected, escalated, and reasons rejected. Additional CMS and application metrics may be gathered, subject to the CMS or application’s reporting capabilities.

Insight Tagging: Combining a human touch at reviewing content in context with power tool efficiency, LiveWorld moderators use our tools to assign tags to user posts based on client-directed characteristics such as positive/neutral/negative, level of engagement, product mentions, ad mentions, recommended posts to feature. Tags are then entered into a database for standard and query reports. Tag structure can be changed or extended at any time.

Qualitative Community Tone/Insight Reports: Rolling up the qualitative observations of the moderation and community programming teams, this high-level report by senior staff includes summary of “Hot Topics,” immediately actionable suggestions for moderation of the site or the Facebook page, trends, verbatim user comments, and business/marketing recommendations.

Third-Party Web Listening Reporting Analysis: Our moderation staff can review brand-related user activity in detail, and tie findings back to the brand strategic plan. Efficiency of such listening and tagging may be improved by connecting our Advanced Power Moderation Tools to a third-party listening application.
