How LiveEngage Widget works: write once, publish everywhere
LiveEngage installs onto a branded page in Facebook via the standard Facebook application model. Once installed on Facebook, dynamically push content to Facebook users, including featured blogs, topics, polls—whatever content you want to host there — without any reposting. Plus, you get additional space for brand promotions or advertising. Your users can then interact with content on your branded community by posting from their Facebook pages.
Content is managed, moderated and reported on using the same LiveWorld administration tools you already use to manage your community on its own site.
