LiveWorld Advanced Power Moderation Tools are based on an enterprise-class moderation transaction server system with 10 years of development history and ongoing development. The server is integrated with the Facebook Wall via the Facebook API, with WordPress blogs via a plugin, with digital agency custom sites via the LiveWorld API, and directly with LiveWorld application platforms (Curator, Facebook Forums, Community Center 5.0).

The system automatically scans for and queues up new posts to the Facebook Wall. The LiveWorld tool’s automatic new post finder thus improves the speed and efficiency of the moderators, also allowing for faster turnaround time and easier ramp. The system displays the content using a high-speed streaming model.

Insight Tagging

The LiveWorld unique tagging feature enables moderators to tag each comment with insight characteristics tailored to client needs. For example: Is the comment positive? Neutral or negative? Did it suggest a significant level of engagement? Does it have a specific recommendation to the client? Are specific products or advertising themes mentioned? Is this a post that the client should consider featuring for more users to see?

The moderation system also tracks moderator activity, such as stop and start moderation points, and includes access privilege controls — all increasing overall productivity, quality and process flexibility.

Brand Response Tool

Moderators can choose from a set of pre-populated responses (provided by the brand). This feature eliminates the possibility of inaccurate responses to common questions, while increasing moderator efficiency and speed. Unanticipated questions are escalated according to brand direction.
