LiveWorld offers a series of applications, toolsets, and platforms designed to stimulate more conversation and relationships among and with a brand’s customers, and/or aggregate conversations, curate user input, and distribute it appropriately across brand projects and the corporate organization.
LiveWorld Moderation System: Pulling in user content of all types from the Facebook Wall, from the LiveWorld Community Center, Twitter (using Curator), or from any custom site integrated with LiveWorld technology, our system runs it through our Advanced Power Moderation Tools, including appropriate automation (such as keyword filtering and/or prioritization); then runs it by the eyes of moderators who approve or delete it (moderation), select it as applicable to client specifications (curation), tag it according to client-defined classification (insight), respond to it with approved brand responses, escalate if appropriate per client guidelines; and finally distribute it for publishing via APIs, bridges, or widgets. Along the way, the system produces moderation and insight tagging reports for client distribution and/or further analysis.
LiveWorld Content Review System: A dramatic expansion of the Moderation System, our Content Review System is designed to draw a collection of content (from any of dozens of possible sources across the web), run it through appropriate automation, then apply our human-touch moderation, curation, insight, and/or escalation services, and finally distribute the content through any number of publishing widgets or venues. As the Content Review System is developed over the upcoming months, features are being added to increase its integration with third-party analytics and/or CRM systems. Also under development are increasing options for publication, including multiples widget, venue, and notification types. Our Content Review System represents our vision for a neural connection across the corporate organization for the flow of customer input and activity.
Facebook Forums and Facebook Ask & Answer: Message board applications for Facebook, Facebook Forums and Ask & Answer provide a richer, tailored experience for consumers, with features to allow the brand to focus and manage the conversation — resulting in more dialogue, deeper customer engagement, and/or more effective customer support.
- Each application supports text, photo, and video posts, and can be skinned to a brand’s graphics, using widgets to feature users and content. The hierarchical message structure allows multiple conversational topics at the same time, and content is kept in contrast to the serial, somewhat random nature of the Facebook Wall.
- The user experience is all within Facebook. Users’ names link directly to their Facebook profiles. Forum content feeds to the Wall and contributors’ Facebook activity feeds (and out to their friends list) with links back to the brand’s Facebook Page.
- LiveWorld reporting provides extensive metrics.
- The applications are moderated by LiveWorld Advanced Power Moderation Tools, including pre-screening or post-screening of content, blocking users, and insight tagging.
- Facebook Forums can be simultaneously deployed to the brand’s Facebook page and the brand’s central branded site (via Community Center 5.0) for an unprecedented level of social web/brand site integration. Users coming in through either path will find themselves simultaneously in the same conversation.
Curator: Aggregating user content from designated social web destinations, Curator enables our personnel to moderate and curate, and then provide insight on designated social web content. This approaches means the brand can acquire customers by providing them one-stop-shopping for social web content on brand or brand-related themes. Combined with LiveWorld Insight solutions, this application also enables the brand to learn more about customers and competitors.
- Curator displays vetted content in an automatically generated widget, which can be displayed on the brand’s corporate website, community website, Facebook page, or any location that accepts HTML.
- An API enables the brand’s agency to develop a custom display venue such as flash, or even rich media ads.
- Aggregation is configured and can easily be changed at any time via a back stage wizard interface.
- Curator uses the LiveWorld Advanced Power Moderation Tools for the moderation and curation process, and Insight Tagging for additional insight services.
- Each widget can include multiple content streams and multiple widgets can be generated.
- Available for Twitter aggregation, with Facebook, Flickr, and other sources being added in upcoming months.
Facebook CMS: A Facebook CMS enables the brand to add compelling interactive content to attract users (build Fan/Like numbers) and run promotions.
Used to create an interactive content tab effective for promotions and content programs, this publishing tool features polls, quizzes, simple contests, gifts, calendars, refer a friend with promo code and reward for fan referrals, invite a friend, opt-in and collect emails for newsletters and offers, and embedding external content from YouTube, Twitter, and other sources. LiveWorld is a licensed agency for leading third-party Facebook CMS tools. We can provide the license or use a license provided by our client. We will develop the CMS plan, set up the page, and manage it on an ongoing basis. Creative assets to be provided by the client.
Community Center 5.0 – API: A richly featured central branded community site platform with an API-centric model for digital agencies and in-house web development groups to create custom community sites, our Community Center’s functions include profiles, blogs, forums, photo albums, video, groups, idea crowd-sourcing, ask & answer customer support, Facebook social plugins, and simultaneous integration with LiveWorld Facebook Forums. Moderation is provided by LiveWorld Advanced Power Moderation Tools.
