LiveWorld helps brands define, create, and manage an online party among your customers, driven by dialogue and relationships, with your brand participating. We bring deep experience to a solution designed to provide you the smarts, people-power, and technology support required for great social environments.

2) Management: Running the party. Moderation provides content review (bouncers) and brand response to users (content presenters). And Community Programming (the party planner) creates community content programming plans, prepares social crisis response, and guides community engagement, driving the conversation/relationship flow among customers (DJ-Host).

3)  Insight: metrics, insight tagging, and qualitative reporting to derive meaning from the whole of customer input.

4)  Conversations: Curator, Facebook Forums, Facebook Ask & Answer, and branded community sites and pages are platforms to support and facilitate the social experience.
