JaxCCC: Talk City Presents (tm), in association with BOXTOP LIVE(tm), welcomes you! Tonight please welcome our special guest Daryl Mitchell!

Daryl Mitchell: Hello everyone!

Jennaration: I just wanted to say how much I like your show. Every week, my friends and I make sure to watch it right before ER!

Daryl Mitchell: That’s great - thanks! It's only going to get better.

Darylrules: What was your acting debut?

Daryl Mitchell: In House Party with Martin Lawrence. Did you see it?

Ishtar: Do you still do your music? Any new releases coming up?

Daryl Mitchell: Look for my new single! Its 'The Sequel.'

Darylrocks: Can you tell us about your part in "Veronica's Closet?”

Daryl Mitchell: I am an art director for a Fortune 500 company. My job is to look at all the beautiful babes wearing lingerie, pretty tough job, huh?

Muffin: What was the hardest obstacle you had to overcome when you were starting out in acting or in music?

Daryl Mitchell: Good question. Peer pressure was the hardest obstacle. Staying away from any trouble that may have prevented myself from doing the job.

Cyberbill1: Is it cool being an actor?

Daryl Mitchell: It’s cool being anything as long as you are successful

Minerva: I understand you did a TV movie with Kirstie Alley. Was that the one in which she was the tooth fairy? Was that your first movie role? Was it fun?

Daryl Mitchell: My first movie role was House Party. That movie was a Movie of the Week and it was a whole lotta fun because Kirstie is crazzzy!

Wonderpuppy: What's your average day on the set like?

Daryl Mitchell: A lot of practical jokes, birthday celebrations, and constant rehearsals and interviews like this one.

Butchie: I think you play a great character on VC and a positive image. Do you feel that's an important responsibility? To be a positive role model for young people?

Daryl Mitchell: I think it is very important. It is the people that make us and we need to be 'good people.' So yes I want to maintain a very positive role model.

Darylfan: Yo Daryl! I love your style! What has been your favorite part or role so far?

Daryl Mitchell: My favorite role was 'Stuttering Earle' in the movie "A Thin Line Between Love and Hate” with Martin Lawerence.

Ffjim: What is it like to work with Kirstie Alley?

Daryl Mitchell: Well Kirstie is like my sister. She guaranteed me 3 years with her on this show. She bought me a Mercedes and said, If the show goes less than three years I don't have to repay her.

Halfbaked: Is it hard to memorize lines, Daryl? Do you have time or do you have to do it on the fly?

Daryl Mitchell: You have to rehearse for 4 days and then you have to film on the 5th day. So yes it’s a constant process.
