HBO: Hello and welcome to HBO.com's chat with the lovely and talented Jamie-Lynn Sigler of "The Sopranos." As you all know, Jamie-Lynn plays Meadow, the smart and independent daughter of Tony and Carmela Soprano. The third season premieres tonight with Meadow starting college. Like all coeds, she struggles with the tough lessons of an emerging adult. This season will definitely test her, and not just with exams. A reminder. Tonight, HBO presents the premiere of "The Sopranos'" third season. If you are from the East, you have already seen the two hour special; however, viewers in the West have not. So out of consideration for them, we ask that you not give away the plot for tonight's premiere. Thanks. And now, to Jamie-Lynn Sigler.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: Hello, everyone! Hope you enjoyed the first episode!

Lulu: What are you doing in Louisville?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: I am starting a tour of the musical, "Cinderella."

March: What's it like to be so young and in a major TV series?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: It's a little overwhelming, but I am very appreciative of everything, and it is fun! I get to work for amazing people on and off screen, and it's an amazing experience!

Meadow Fan: What's the most interesting aspect of playing Meadow Soprano?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: Well, I am a person that is easy with expressing emotions, and she is very introverted and she holds things back. It's fun to play somebody that is very different from you.

Ellie: What are the major personality differences between Meadow and yourself?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: I think I just answered that in the last question. Thanks. (smile)

Petra: In twenty years, what will Jamie-Lynn Sigler be doing?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: Actually, I couldn't really say! Doing what makes me happy at that time. I think I will still be involved with this business then.

Mandy: In your opinion, what is the most important theme in the show?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: I think the theme of family. I mean, Tony is a mobster, but he could be doing anything. It's the importance of family, and that family comes first.

Mickey: Do you think Meadow will visit a psychiatrist when she's older? What do you think would be her biggest issue?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: I think she might have to, because it's an issue of her expressing her feelings and emotions, and she has kept them inside for so long. I think she might be headed in that direction sooner or later.

Nick: What has been your favorite experience while working on "The Sopranos?"

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: Meeting the people that I've gotten to work with--as cliché as it sounds, 'meeting a family'. When I look back at this experience, it's the people that I've met and gotten to work with.

Kiki: What are your outside interests and hobbies?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: My background is theater and musical theater. I've been recording an album that has been taking up my free time, lately, and I've been rehearsing for "Cinderella," which also has been taking up my free time. I love being in this business, and that is what I love to do.

Highway End: Whom do you hang out with on the set?

Jamie-Lynn Sigler: Everybody! Mostly Robert Iler, my brother, Aida, and someone else who plays my boyfriend, but I can't say who. (smile)
