HBO: Hello and welcome to hbo.com's chat with "The Sopranos'" guest star Annabella Sciorra. Annabella plays the Mercedes-Benz dealer Gloria Trillo who Tony first meets in Dr. Melfi's waiting room. The chemistry is obvious but where will it lead? Tonight, we'll find out Annabella's take on her role and the explosive hit series. And now to Annabella Sciorra.

Annabella Sciorra: Hi, how is everybody tonight? I hope you enjoyed the show.

Sea Shell: So how did you start acting?

Annabella Sciorra: I wanted to be a dancer and started that when I was 5, and at one of the schools I used to go to there was an acting class that I used to watch, and it intrigued me to have words to express yourself. And that is how I started acting class at about 13.

Summer Shade: What was your favorite experience while working on "The Sopranos"?

Annabella Sciorra: It's a hard question to answer, because it was the most creative job, the most creative situation that I have been in for a long time. So there are a lot of favorite moments to be honest. If I would have to pick one fun moment, it was the first day I walked in to the first rehearsal. Because when I looked around the room I realized I knew most the actors in the room already, and that was a nice familiar moment.

Baron: How did you become a cast member of "The Sopranos"?

Annabella Sciorra: David Chase had wanted me to be on the show for a while, and I met with him last season, but didn't really have the time then to do anything. When I was available he wasn't ready, but this season it worked out. He was familiar with my work and I am very thankful for that.

Antonio Vino: Annabella, from what part of Italy are you?

Annabella Sciorra: I am American.

Fally: I really enjoyed the film "What Dreams May Come." When you are an actor in a film, can the story or final product still move you?

Annabella Sciorra: Yes, it can if it is good.

Cheley82: Did you enjoy working with Michael Biehn on "Asteroid"?

Annabella Sciorra: Yes, Michael Biehn is a lovely man and actor, and it was a wonderful project to work on.

Burlesque: Are there any movies in the near future for Annabella?

Annabella Sciorra: Yes, but I am not sure what I'm doing immediately. In June I will be doing a movie called "10029" in New York.

Ameliea: Do you have any children?

Annabella Sciorra: No, I don't.

Exar Kun: Do you think that any of the actors bear any true resemblance to their characters?

Annabella Sciorra: No, not at all. I think they all are just very very good actors.

Carolla: Are you comfortable working as Tony's girlfriend

Annabella Sciorra: Yes, I have had a great time on the show. It is a very creative environment for an actor to be on. That makes it very relaxed. Also, I am not Tony Soprano's girlfriend I am an actor playing his girlfriend.

Stu: Annabella, many of your roles have been "good" people. Gloria doesn't seem so nice. Which kind of role do you prefer?

Annabella Sciorra: I prefer interesting roles that are written well. I don't judge my characters whether they are good or bad. I don't play bad, I just play that the characters think that they are doing what is right for them.

Bwy Rick: Is James Gandolfini as charming as he seems?

Annabella Sciorra: James Gandolfini is not only charming, but the most generous of actors in my experience. He is extremely accommodating and intelligent.
