KelereCCC: Who is the intended audience for Career Microsoft? Will J: Career Microsoft is intended for IT Professionals who looking to become MCPs as well as for MCPs themselves. Walter: Which MCSE certification does this book cover? Will J: It really covers them all, so the title is a little misleading Darwin: Is your book a self-study guide for the tests or general guidance on how to obtain certification? Will J: It's a general career guide that focuses on the Microsoft Certified Professional Program KelereCCC: Your book starts off with the often forgotten part of career planning - 'what do you want to do?' rather than 'what is marketable?'. Please tell us about your approach. Will J: My approach for the book was to focus on professional development within the context of the MCP program KelereCCC: Can you expand just a bit on your focus concerning what the student wants to do rather than what the corporation needs please? Will J: Matching your interests, skills, and abilities with a potential career--that's what makes you marketable in the job market Darwin: How do you think the MCSE certification will be viewed when NT 5 is released - many who become MCSE's under 5.0 will not be knowledgeable of 3.51 which many corporations will still be running and need to migrate from? Will J: I don't think it will have that great effect on employers decision to hire NT 4.0 & 5.0 certified pros
