LifetimeTV: Welcome to LifetimeTelevision, where the stars of Lifetime television come to chat! This is a joint production of Lifetime Television (tm) and Talk City (tm) . Thanks for joining us today. We are pleased to welcome you today to chat LIVE with Lifetime TV Fitness Expert Denise Austin for advice on beginning each day with peace and energy! Denise shares her "Fit and Lite" and "Daily Workout" secrets, plus healthy food facts, updates on her latest projects and more! Please welcome back fitness expert Denise Austin, host of Lifetime TV's "Everyday Workout." And now without further ado, welcome back . Denise Austin . Denise, welcome to Talk City!

Denise Austin: Hi! It's great to talk with you all again. It's now Thanksgiving time, so if you have any questions about the holidays or anything about health and fitness, feel free to ask me.

MysteryGirl Says: Denise, welcome back to Talk City! Can you tell us about your new Power Kickboxing video? Can beginners use it? Can we buy it on www.lifetimetv.com?

Denise Austin: It's great for everybody because I did two separate workouts on the same video. The first workout is a 20-minute kickboxing workout for beginners, and the second is a more challenging one. So it's good for everyone just starting and then getting to the next level. And hopefully, yes, it's on the www.lifetimetv.com site, or you can purchase it at Target or wherever videos are sold.

Treadmill Says: I've been doing a lot of stair climbing and biking at the gym and have noticed that my calves and thighs are huge. What can I do?

Denise Austin: It's really important to stretch afterwards. I would suggest to mix it up with other aerobic exercise, like walking, to lengthen your legs. Also, try not to eat late at night, too -- that will help to slim you down.

Rock Says: Hi, Denise. I currently fast walk 4 miles a day 5 days a week. I recently purchased your "Baby Boomer Workout" tape, which I like. What would be the best mix of walking and doing your tape? How many days a week should I do each to receive the best of both? I am 44 and I have been walking for about 12 years, but would like to incorporate the toning. (I also have your "Toning with Weights" tape as well.) Thanks, Denise
