OrCCCa: Denise - tell us about your new Power Kickboxing video. Can beginners use it? Can we buy it at www.lifetimetv.com?

DeniseAustin: First of all this workout is a fabulous way to burn fat, and it'sa lot easier than the other kickboxing workout video. My video has two different workouts on one tape - one is a beginner, 20 minute aerobic workout, and the other is advanced 20 minute advanced workout. So you get two workouts on one tape. I think it is at www.lifetimetv.com; it's at all video stores like Target, or call 1-800-272-4214. They will ship it to you immediately.

Greengenes: What kind of exercises can I do to stop the flab that wiggles in my arms from wiggling?

DeniseAustin: One of the best exercises to firm the back of your arms is

Called A Triceps Toner. This Is How You Do It: you lift your arm up over your head, like you are raising your arm in school, and slowly bend your elbow to touch the back of your neck and shoulders and lift it back up. Try to do that 5 to 10 times a day with a 5 pound weight and you will tone your muscles. You will go from flab to fit in about 6 weeks.

Coralsees: Denise, I hear a lot of good things about yoga, but I'm intimidated to go to a class. What can you recommend?

DeniseAustin: Oh, try my TV show on Lifetime at 7 a.m EST & PST and see if you like yoga. I do lots of yoga moves, and if you like it try my yoga video. It is also available at 1-800-272-4214.

Blazz24: I love your yoga video. Are you going to come out with a new one some time soon?

DeniseAustin: Blazz24, I'm thinking about doing a new one. I don't know when. Perhaps January 2000.

Jaunemoan: I've been doing a lot of stair climbing and biking at the gym and have noticed that my calves and thighs are huge. What can I do?

DeniseAustin: Try some yoga to stretch and lengthen your legs. That really works!

Blu: Denise, if I exercise with those big rubber bands will I get the same results as I would with free weights?
