T-Talk: Welcome to this week's t-Talk.

Tiffany: I have so many so many secrets I am keeping. What should I do?

T-Talk: It depends on how important the secrets are to you. If they are secrets that you're hiding, that's not usually a good thing. Just try to be honest with yourself.

Lisa: Tough question, but where do we draw the line at keeping siblings' secrets from parents?

T-Talk: I think you have to really look at what the secret is. You don't want to keep something from your parents if that secret may be of harm to your siblings. Now tattling is a different story!

Shelby: Can I expect my parents to respect my privacy and stay out of my room and my journal?

T-Talk: You can expect them to if you don't give them any reason to question what you're doing or if you're hiding something from them. I think in any case, if you're honest with your parents at all times, then they will be able to trust you.

American Pi: Do you think it is good to keep secrets from your parents?

T-Talk: Well, there are secrets you can keep to yourself. You have to remember to just ask yourself if this something your parents should know. And if the answer is yes instinctively, then you know you should tell them.

Ashlee: Do you think you should keep secrets from your best friend?

T-Talk: I think best friends are there to be able to trust and tell everything to so that there are no secrets. It is great when you find the right person that you can trust to share all of those secrets with. So yes to your question, if you feel you have found that friend.

Katrina In FL: I told my friend my secret and she told everyone. What should I do?

T-Talk: If I were you, I'd play a little game with her. I would pretend that you don't know that she told everyone and then make up a secret that you know is not true. See if she does it again. And tell your friends that you'll be doing this, and then you'll know and they'll know she can't be trusted. If that sounds too mean, then don't do it. But sometimes that's how people learn.

Buttrfly3112: I keep secrets to protect my privacy. Do you think that is wrong?
