He discussed how to improve your strategy, how social media affects music sales and small brands, and what retargeting is. Peter also explained the difference between social media marketing and advertising: “Social media creates an experience for your customers that rests on the dialogue and relationships among them. By allowing this engagement, fans will reward you by inviting you along and paying more attention to your brand.” In this way, radio is like the original social media because an experience is created through a discussion and it brings in the audience.
